All amounts quoted are commissionable (gross) fees.  Commission will be based on percentage of these stated amounts.  All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are for continental U.S., Mexico, and Canada (other U.S. territories and international locations must be individually negotiated).

Keynote Presentations                                                  $6,500.00

Up to three (3) hours (half day)                                          $8,000.00

Up to six (6) hours (full day) and all international events outside of

North America (Canada, U.S. and Mexico)                    $10,000.00

PLUS FULL EXPENSES:

Expenses include (but are not limited to): airfare (economy within North America and business class outside of North America), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tips, and any program related costs.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1.       A FIFTY PERCENT (50%) deposit is required to confirm booking and initiate program research and planning.  The balance is to be paid to speaker upon arrival at presentation site/location prior to any services being rendered by speaker.

2.       Airfare and hotel accommodations are to be billed directly to the client.

3.       Balance of expenses will be invoiced and are due upon receipt and will be late if paid later than 30 days after the program.

4.       If the client cancels the agreement, the following cancellation fee schedule for the total contract amount is in effect from the time Courtney Anderson & Associates, LLC receives written notification.

121-180 days before engagement                  50%

181-360 days before engagement                  25%

5.   Permission for audio/video recordings must be granted and negotiated usage fees must be paid separate from the above stated speaking fees.
